Dr. Deepak’s v-CAT is a structured virtual cardiac auscultation training program designed around audio-visual learning, heart sounds, clinical teaching, and pre- and post-training assessment.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to registrations, payments, digital training material, and any live workshops that may be offered in the future.
1. Registration & Payment
Dr. Deepak’s v-CAT is offered as a paid digital training program. The applicable course fee will be displayed on the website at the time of registration.
Once payment has been successfully completed, the participant will receive registration/payment confirmation and the relevant information required to access the course.
Participants will receive access to the available digital training materials immediately after successful registration and payment.
For any live workshops planned in the future, separate workshop dates, participation details, and applicable cancellation or refund terms will be communicated at the time of registration.
2. Cancellation by Participant
A participant may request cancellation by contacting us through the official contact details provided on the website.
Because access to the digital training materials is provided immediately after successful registration, refund eligibility will depend on whether access to the course or digital training materials has already been provided.
Suggested cancellation terms:
- Cancellation requested before access to the digital training materials is provided → may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable payment-processing charges.
- Once access to the digital training materials has been provided → the registration will generally be non-refundable.
- If any course content, downloadable resources, recordings, or other digital materials have been accessed or made available to the participant, a refund will generally not be provided.
For any live workshops planned in the future, cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of registration.
3. Non-Attendance
For the current digital v-CAT training, participants can access the available training materials after successful registration.
For any live workshops planned in the future, failure to attend a scheduled workshop will not automatically qualify the participant for a refund.
Where appropriate, participants may contact us to enquire about an alternative session, rescheduling option, or other arrangement that may be available.
4. Technical Issues
We understand that technical problems may occasionally affect access to or participation in the training.
If a significant technical issue on our side prevents a participant from accessing the purchased training, we may, depending on the circumstances:
- Restore or extend access to the training;
- Provide an alternative access arrangement; or
- Offer another appropriate resolution.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have:
- A stable internet connection;
- A compatible device;
- Working speakers or headphones;
- A supported web browser; and
- A suitable environment for accessing the training.
Technical issues arising from the participant’s own device, internet connection, browser, or equipment will generally not qualify for a refund.
5. Cancellation or Rescheduling of Future Live Workshops
In the unlikely event that a live workshop planned in the future is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by Dr. Deepak’s v-CAT, registered participants will be informed through the contact details provided during registration.
Depending on the circumstances, participants may be offered:
- An alternative workshop date;
- An opportunity to attend a rescheduled session; or
- A refund, where applicable.
The applicable option may depend on the circumstances of the cancellation or rescheduling.
6. Duplicate Payments
If a participant accidentally makes more than one payment for the same registration, the duplicate payment should be reported to us as soon as possible.
After verification of the transaction, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing conditions.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the participant’s bank account, card, or other payment account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
Dr. Deepak’s v-CAT is not responsible for delays caused by the participant’s bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Payment/Order ID
- Date of Registration
- Reason for the Refund/Cancellation Request
Providing complete transaction details will help us review the request more efficiently.
9. Refund Review
Every refund request will be reviewed according to the applicable terms of this policy, the participant’s registration status, whether digital training access has been provided, and, where applicable, the schedule and terms of a live workshop.
Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Where digital course access has already been provided, the registration will generally be considered non-refundable, subject to any applicable consumer rights or legal requirements.
10. Promotional & Discounted Registrations
If a participant registers under a promotional offer, launch offer, discount, or other special pricing arrangement, the refund will be subject to the applicable terms of the offer and this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Any applicable payment-processing charges may be deducted where permitted.
11. Policy for Future Live Workshops
The current v-CAT program provides access to digital training materials after registration.
If live workshops are introduced in the future, the applicable workshop date, attendance requirements, cancellation period, refund eligibility, rescheduling terms, and other relevant conditions will be clearly communicated to participants before or during registration for that specific workshop.
